As a photographer, the second you walk into the room where the bride or groom is getting ready you can tell what kind of wedding day it'll be. When I walked into the mid-century modern designed apartment, AC united and fans running on high, the room filled with the sounds of laughter and good music, bride beaming from ear to ear, I could tell it was going to be a good day.
Alex and Jessica got married in a friend's backyard in South Minneapolis. I felt as tough I was walking through a Free People magazine while photographing the entire day. The night ended with a beautifully crowded dance floor (actually, it was a parking lot slab of pavement) singing classic hits passionately to one another. I couldn't be happier for this lovely little family. Congratulations Alex and Jessica!
